That's not too surprising actually. For whatever reason, Delta doesn't send a lot of information to the Saudia site (or whatever it is pulling from). So tickets with only Delta segments generally don't pull up there. The missing PNR makes some sense - Delta just isn't sending that info "out" to wherever.
