Just having access your account agains doesn't mean that Iberia is necessarily giving the thumbs up. They may very well still have it flagged for validation (i.e. waiting on passport photo), even if you manage to circumvent the block. What will be interesting is if someone was blocked, reset PIN, and then had Avios deposited without anything further.
