I looked at this offer at Priceline. They also have 4* Hotel Nova Domus. I stayed at this hotel and would stay again. It's not a de luxe hotel but clean and O.K., very friendly staff. It's in the Vatican area .. plenty of busses to the city, also underground.
BTW, the photo showing the hotel is wrong. The photo with the terrace is correct.
