The best breakfasts in the world are all in the USA duh! , and they are mostly all found in various hole-in-the-wall joints in "anytown". Mexico does a fine job too, and excellent examples are found in the USA as well. Consistently best Benedict: Katrina's Cafe, Auburn, CA. (weekends only)
At least a few times/month, I opt for breakfast for dinner. Granted, with my new dietary restrictions, it is sometimes easier.
