On my flight from London to Dubai on 30th March 2018 I was served a yummy cockroach meal on business class. Not to mention dirty , pre used pillows.
And on the next flight from Dubai to Kolkata it felt like we were traveling in a public lavatory.
On emailing and contacting their Kolkata office and Emirates Customer Affairs India regarding the cockroach meal and the unhygienic travel conditions all they had to say was a very uncaring ‘sorry’.
I guess one needs to take up such matters either legally or with a lot of hue and cry for Emirates Airlines to react more compassionately.

This is from a friend of mine - where is the best place to post about this and get this complaint attended to?
Did your friend report any of this to the crew? That would be the best way to actually log the issue for future follow up (which they definitely would for the extra unwanted protein). Not sure what "legal" route he wants to follow.
