The bassinets are not great, you have to take the baby’s out every time the seat belt sign comes on.
For mini tht 1 we did the bulkhead on the 767 EWR-LHR and had the bassinet, mrs tht ended up holding him the whole flight. The bulkhead was still good because there was no seat to recline in to us.
Fast forward 2 years and a 2nd mini tht, were we’re doing the same xmas trip EWR-LHR so this time we did Polaris. Got 3 seats on a saver award. Mini tht 1 slept well on the flatbed once the lights were turned off and the extra space was useful for mini tht 2. As an aside the better passenger to bathroom ratio is a big help as was the little passage way at the back of the cabin with the FA jump seats for standing with the baby. The biggest downside was the 10% infant fare, If i reacall that was more than the tax on the 3 award tickets put together.
