Has anyone had any issues with receiving the 10k mile bonus for hitting $25k in spend before the terms changed on June 1? I crossed that threshold in late April and haven't received anything. I called Chase two weeks ago and the rep said that I indeed had met the threshold and should have received them when my June statement was issued. She passed the issue on to the "Marketing" team to resolve. Last Friday I got a letter in the mail from Chase saying they reviewed my issue and I wasn't due to receive anything because those terms were no longer valid, and then it went on to mention the 4k compensatory miles for people who came close, but did not cross the threshold. Again, I crossed it so not relevant for me either.
