There are a total of 5 of us traveling Friday from MCO-ATL-IAD. My +1 (FOj and I (GM) are on one PNR together with the other 3 in our party (all have no status) are on their own different PNRs. Both flights have a good chance of both the +1 and I clearing tomorrow at the GM window. (Very light loads on both flights surprisingly) I understand that between the two of us, we could only get a max of 2 of them onto the UG list. (one is going to be stuck in Y) If I call DL tomorrow after the +1 and I clear about splitting our PNR so we can add 2 companions to the UG list (one companion under my +1 and one under me) will they take away the FOs UG since it technically won’t be time for the FO UG window yet and they will no longer be under my reservation? Or should I just wait until Thursday to call and add them to the UG list?
