Did you get the global entry option after selecting 'apply for a trusted traveler program'? It doesn't show for me there.
Had the same thing. I noticed the following update: "*Dutch citizens are currently not able to apply. The U.S. and the Netherlands recently signed a new agrreement that is pending implementation. Please check
www.globalentry.gov for updates." Awaiting the agreement I guess.
