Just have read few comments on blogs of customers from Brazil who get this answer from Iberia Brazil : "we will not post points for accounts that are not more than 3+ days before promotion". Sounds totally crazy, wait and see.
Another comment from a Brazilian customer:
He called Iberia and they informed that they are doing an audit in everyone participating and will send an email to everyone with a form to be filled and asking to attach a few documents. - Not sure what this means.
