So, what has been the best way to change the baby? We'll be travelling via air with our baby for the first time this coming Labor Day weekend, from ORD to LAX; he'll be just shy of 5 months then. (We're driving 3 1/2 hours to ORD just to avoid the RJ out of our home airport because of concerns re excessive noise and sensitive ear drums.) I've never paid attention before to the existence (or lack of) changing tables on planes. I'd appreciate any suggestions re how best to approach the changing task if the flight is full. Our baby is too small to try that standing up method described above, and even with a cover on the toilet I would not feel comfortable putting the baby on it because one roll and I'm sure he'll touch something that I don't want him to touch!
