I doubt very much FI will check your luggage through to KLM. Though it would be a question for the 'Other European Airlines' where Iceland Air is discussed

Without through check it is theoretically possible to make it, but it would be with such a slim margin that I would not recommend doing it. Even a small delay would make you miss your connection.
