I am a little lost as to your numbers in the OP, but seat width is pretty well documented today.
Yes, the E170/190 series actually has some of the widest seats, outside of the new C series. I actually prefer flying on these planes as opposed to the 3-3 narrow bodies. Airbus usually have slightly wider seats than Boeing, though not all airlines did that - some used the same seats and gave the extra space to the aisle.
Wide bodies depend a great deal upon configuration, as the extra width gives the airlines more flexibility in how many seats they choose to put in.
