Platinum 2 Award seats in J
We were seated, fuse problem asked to deplane.
New aircraft brought out, landed 4.25 hours late. We ended up missing a tour which was fairly expensive.
I emailed customer service and haven’t heard but it’s only been 3 days.
Anybody have an idea what they will offer?
