You need to input all the relevant details for both trips in fields 21-25 of the Schengen visa application form. The date of first arrival should be that of your arrival in Finland and that of departure from Schengen area should be the date of your final planned departure from Italy. Ensure you select "MULTIPLE" in field 24. Use the free text area in field 21 to elaborate on your situation.
