Award ticket cancellation fees
Hi,
I am relatively new to the Miles&Smiles program so would appreciate if anyone could clarify the following: I understand the cancellation fee for TK's award tickets is $25. Will all taxes and fees be refunded as well? Does it matter whether it is a Business Limited (I) or a Business Seat Guaranteed (C) type of award? Thanks.
