From your OP it sounded like you just wanted to earn the $900 EQD. For that, a simple F roundtrip is surely the easiest -- just grab a roundtrip to LGA or something. Comfortable seats for an hour flight each way. If the flight rings in under your needed EQD, just bump one of the legs up to a higher fare bucket. Easy peasy.
If you're looking to actually get something else out of the mileage run (widebody aircraft, EQMs, hours flown, etc.), then you have to tell us what you mean by "best"...
