How sure are you that the happy hour didn't start at 5pm?

The last post in the thread for this hotel that mentions times (other than yours) states "happy hour is 5-7pm nowadays".

Perhaps it's 5-7pm on weekends, 5:30-7:30pm weekdays, and you were given the wrong starting time as well as ending time?
