We did not use an agent. We booked online at UA.com. I'd really like to get this accomplished ahead of time and not at the airport on departure day. Any ideas?
Call UA and have them add it...I just booked through the Chase UR portal and had to call to add. It showed immediately on the TK site after the CSR added it from her end
