Friday I tried doing one and it rejected it twice, but accepted it the third time.
This morning I tried doing four and it rejected them three times, and we gave up and did them manually.
So there appears to be a system glitch.
Maybe I'll try loading just one although it's not clear that will make a difference since it rejected a solo.
FWIW the one it did accept was for $100 + fee (a non MS bill) but the ones today were all $2K including fees.
