I had a half-hour wait this morning to correct the screwup from the half-hour experience with Marriott reservations last night. All for a 1-5 cert. At this point, I would rather pay a couple hundred bucks and stay at a Hilton property than deal with Marriott. For those keeping track, last night was an Indian call center, this morning it's the Philippines.
