The rate corporate is paying to the hotel depends on hotel occupancy, if the hotel is empty then they get paid next to nothing, however if it's full - they're paying something near ADR.
i dunno the details but I ever see the bills that I think should be presented to corporate instead of me. Not SPG hotels though.
regardless the amount, the hotel still get something.
