Thanks JDiver. The AA flight is a code share with IB so technically it is marketed by Iberia - even though I personally didn't purchase it from Iberia. Perhaps that bends the rules too much.

Regarding access to the Madrid Iberia T4 Arrivals Lounge: We were not allowed free access as OneWorld Emerald in Business Class AA740 PHL-MAD. So we did pay 45 euros per person which includes a shower. Lounge access with no shower is 29 euros. The shower is worth it after the overnight flight in my opinion.
