If someone was to give a card away with nothing at all expected in return, then that would be fully in line with what is permissible to offer on an FT forum. If looking to raise money for charity on FT, then to try and raise funds for a charity via FT would need approval. If just giving the card directly to a charity , then it would of course have nothing to do with FT at all
