It will be in the residential building as the former hotel was. Personally I dont like the Punta Pacifica area and i have been caught in traffic jams there as there is only one road in/out that serves the many condominium residences in the area.

I’d take the Waldorf Astoria or the Bristol instead. It is nice to see more choices though.
