Ok so I can't pay with a voucher and CC but if I had 2 vouchers I could pay with both of them.

Great informative post, but one minor update, the purchased upgrades now often book into a revenue class and accrue bonus PQM. Unfortunately there is no way to know prior to purchase whether that's going to happen.
So there is no way of know for sure. The below statement in the wiki makes me think there is a good chance.
