Hi everyone, I will travel from Hong Kong to Bali via Toronto on Garuda by purchasing the ticket on Air Canada's website, as the price is excellent. On the Garuda Indonesia's website, it states that one must purchase a Garuda Indonesia ticket number beginning 126, however I will be purchasing my ticket on the Air Canada's website, which means my ticket number will begin with 014. As such, I'm guessing that I will be ineligible to contact Garuda to request an upgrade to business class?
