Threads going on in parallel in both program forums -

Some data:
62% of properties changing value went down
Two other spots that seem to get a lot of discussion - NYC, down 7.5% (69 properties!), London up 2.5% (35 properties)
USA - down 4.4%, 65% of properties with changed values got cheaper.
South America - down 3.0%
"Pedestrian" vs. "Aspirational" properties:
Average SPG Cat 1-3 and MR Cat 1-3: Up 6.3%,
Average SPG Cat 6-7, MR Cat 7-9: Down 1.8%. (if you want to include 5-7 and 6-9, it's down 3.8%)
And, as I posted on the SPG site - "massive devaluation" will be supported by picking 3-5 of the 6800 properties as proof. Or "I only stay here" extrapolating to an entire program. Or just stating by fiat "it's a massive devaluation" (done before any data was even released, of course).
