I booked a JFK-CDG-JNB flight on Air France and was told by Diamond line there was availablity for an upgrade all the way through. When I called back to process the upgrade the "upgrade team" said there was no Air France upgrades except on flights to or from the US. Is this true? Anyone else had success with Air France upgrades CDG-JNB?
