I love the "reduced" comment - they knocked a bunch of hotels like westins and Le meridiens down by 1k points from their 36k starting point. A whopping 2.7% reduction, which I am convinced is just the skew the messaging.

And any idea what qualifies as PEAK? or will be like airlines and everything not a Tue/Wed in the middle of dead season is deemed peak?
