I have two prepaid sim cards 3HK, but I can not top up online from overseas.
I using carrier formal site three for top up.

I tried many times in last month with different credit cards and different browser over my desktop PC, but w/o success. Every time is SYSTEM ERROR.

Can anyone try it and help me how to top up my card?
