Checked into Hyatt Union Square in early June. Was told by FD I’d been upgraded to a high floor. Been a Globalist or Diamond for 10 years. Tiniest Hyatt room I’ve ever stayed in, no more than 18” space around bed. Would it have been fair to challenge FD’s statement about a high floor being an ‘upgrade’? No idea if larger corner rooms were available. Shouldn’t they block for a Glob? Feeling gypped...
