I’d say they are about the same. The rooms at the financial district are a bit nicer. Good views are available at both but it depends on which room you get. The downtown location gives you options for a break to take a walk or get food. There is nothing at the airport location.

To counter the comments above, I’ve stayed dozens of times at both properties and have had nothing but great service. It is a busy downtown hotel, and I am a Bostonian so my tolerance level for The quirks of Boston service may be a bit skewed, but it’s been all good for me
