I’ve done 2 meetings previously at this hotel and everything posted correctly. This last meeting I just saw my statement and it has bonus next to hotel name. Also the email I received is not the same as previous ones. It does not start rewarding eventjust bonus.

If nights are not posted by tomorrow who should I call?
