Im looking at Cathay JFK-HKG-PVG-HKG-JFK in PE. (Only H on the 2nd/3rd leg). How would that work for award miles?

JFK-HKG 20% of the 16,000 miles ($3200), 24,000 EQM, 2Segments
HKG-PVG $225, 750 EQM, 2 Segments
