Indeed, I've flown a bunch of times on Westjet in the last two months between Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Las Vegas, and even if the flight left a bit late, most made up for the time lost at arriving on time or a bit early. I only had one late arrival of maybe 30 minutes coming in from Las Vegas on the red eye, but I was heading home to bed anyway. Maybe you got a string of bad luck?
