There are currently some serious issues with the website (nothing new I know).

AccorHotels has put together a task force to look into this.

Other issues include that red-hot room room rates are only available when searching individual nights - if you search 3 nights in a row, the rates don't appear.

Anyway, from what I understand its a priority to work out.
