Just got back from Singapore. Stayed at the Ritz. Didn't like it much (very, very old and it's aged badly...). But gorgeous views.

Fullerton Bay was absolutely superb. I was just there. The vibe is completely different to the other hotels. However, make sure you get a Bay View room. Views are nice, but not as nice as the ones out of Ritz or Mandarin Oriental.

Stayed at Mandarin Oriental many years ago and it was bad (but with nice views) - I doubt that has changed much given lack of renovations/refurbishments etc.

Andaz and St Regis get good reviews, and I believe the Four Seasons has renovated.
