So I guess I have a question that relates to this thread. Last night I had decided I wanted to product change my card from the Thank You Premier to the Citi Costco. I had called Citi ahead of time to be sure product changing to the Costco was indeed an available option, which it was. I then proceeded to hop on Costco's website to sign up for a membership, which then yielded a membership number via e-mail. I then called Citi back to product change the card and then gave them my Costco member number. After Citi read me the disclosures (or T&C's), the product change was successful.

I know the Citi Costco card combines a membership card on the back side, and the regular card information on the front, so will Citi send me a card without a picture? Costco doesn't have one on file yet.

Also, every other product change I've had with Citi has resulted in an immediate card change on the website/app... This one has yet to show the Costco Visa, but instead, still shows my Thank You Premier.

Thoughts?
