Can you be more specific? You booked with AirNZ (so an AirNZ ticket?) for AKL-PVG-FRA, and the second sector was going to be LH but is now CA?

Which air miles programme are you hoping to credit the flights to?

Air China is a Star Alliance Airline, so in most cases you could expect to earn miles. It's worth checking the booking class however. Air China tickets are sometimes R, which doesn't earn miles everywhere. You might want to consider crediting to a different programme if that's your case.
