My trip to Bhutan, taking in the view of the top of the world at Mount Everest on the flight to Paro Airport, marvelling at the skill of the local archers in Thimphu, enjoying the spicy Bhutanese cuisine with the staple red rice, hiking up to see the beautiful Taktsang Palphug Monastery and recovering in a traditional wooden hot-stone bath in Paro Valley.
