Also, lowering credit limits isn't normal banking behavior.
You must have the wrong person, my wife was card free for 2 years leading up to November 2017. She has 5 total Chase cards open..........an IHG that is at least 3 years old. 2 SW personal, an INK and SW Business.
Compared to me she doesn't even churn. We take turns, 2 years on, 2 years off from getting cards
The average American probably also pays interest.
