In 2018 she got her first 2 Chase business cards and is currently 3/24 ( AA, and 2 Chase Southwest cards) but I'm still going to wait 4 months before she gets her next card.
According to your prior comments, she already has 7 Chase cards, at least three or four of which she acquired in the past 18 months. That's only "very slow" by churner standards, not banking standards. The average American has three open accounts, total, on their credit reports.
Also, lowering credit limits isn't normal banking behavior.
