Not if he has other cards with high CL. I don't think we know that answer. I lower the CL on the majority of my cards after I've met the min. spend and received bonuses. I usually keep a couple cards with a high CL for emergencies. My FICO score is over 800.
I thought credit utilization was per card..........either way he said he has one Chase business card.
I lower all my cards after the spend is made but I also never use them again.
The post above shows there is much more to the story than we were led to believe
