That is how I figure. I think it also applies to the MIA-LAX 777-200.

My only concern is the fare is really changeable/refundable without penalty. Since there is no $ figure mentioned in the Penalty section, and with this wording found on the fare rules -

PENALTIES - CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED.

-FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE OF WHOLLY UNUSED REFUNDABLE FARE TICKETS.

I guess this should be OK. Hopefully the Agent at the Travel Center would confirm my understanding of no penalty on cancellation is correct.
