I remember this. It has Fare Code and all the details especially related to the conditions / fees on change and cancellation.

But now I do not find this link.

Is it no longer available?

OK, found it. You have to choose a payment method before that thing shows up, i.e. use Hold button the fare rules link would NOT show up. That is not cool.

Fare Code is Y0AUPRDF - so is it a Y fare sold as F (discounted F)?

I saw there are a bunch of descriptions on Surcharge with all different sorts of $ value applied under different conditions. It does not seem to related to change and cancellation. But the text is so dense I am lost halfway reading it! Seems they are all related to Peak Travel Periods (Easter/Thanksgiving/X'mas/New Year) for any passenger, as well as lap child.

However under the Penalty section related to change and refund, there is no $ figure anywhere to be found. That is my usual quick and dirty way to determine a fare is fully changeable / refundable without penalty. Does it still work this way?
