I assume you're looking at an Unlimited Pass in Flex?

Correct - no AQS. From the T&C's:
  • No Altitude Qualifying Segments and no other Altitude Qualifying Miles, Aeroplan Miles or other airline frequent flyer / loyalty program miles will be awarded in conjunction with Unlimited Flight Passes
It's 10000 AQM/month and I believe AQD is calculated and credited based on your monthly payment amount.

For eligible Unlimited Flight Passes, your AQD will be credited upon payment of your monthly installment, similarly to how we credit your AQM. The total amount of AQD which you will receive will correspond to the price paid for your Unlimited Flight Pass, before sales taxes.
