I will be arriving at JFK Terminal 7 around 10:45 pm. From what I read, all the restaurants post-security will be closed then (unlike terminal 4 where there's a McDonald's). Terminal 7 doesn't have any pre-security restaurants that I'm aware of.

Q. Are there any pre-security restaurants in any other terminal?

I plan to stay at an airport hotel so I suppose I could choose one based on food availability. There's a Burger King that closes at midnight. It's located on Rockaway Blvd. Another alternative is to bring some food with me.
