thanks to the great posters here my DH and I discovered the wonderful city of Okayama where the check in counter staff for JL added alovely bag tag, laminated, to our checked bag, with a message of thanks for flying JL from Okayama. We stayed there three nights and did day trips to Naoshima Island and Kurashiki.

Here is my dilemma. We have been to so many places in Japan i am running out of ideas. We have been to FUK, Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Okayama, Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Shizuko, Yokohama and Tokyo and all the dayntrips surrounding each. We have.been there for Sakura as well as the Penis Festival in Kawasaki and the Chrysanthemum Festival.

I am looking at Sapphoro and the area for our September trip. We like cities and I just don’t think there is enough there for a week or so. We always spend a week in Tokyo as its our favorite city and then 10 days split between 2 or 3 other places.

I want to find something new but am at a loss. We are not beach people. We may end up going back to Kyushu or Osaka but I really want to find other places that i can spend at least three nights in and not get bored.
