Without knowing the specifics of your fare/ticketing problems, there's not much to say. WRT the WiFi, there is an entire thread in this forum discussing WiFi problems. While there are anecdotal claims that WiFi on United is "worse than ever", it's not clear if this is true, nor if it is true, why it is happening.
